How to Use: The following is a guideline for Dead Sea Salt usage and you can adjust the amounts to suit your needs. For Psoriasis and Eczema: 1-2 cups in a warm bath, use at least twice a week. For Arthritis, Sprains, Bruises, Strains: 1 to 2 cups in a warm bath. For Relaxation: 1/2 to 1 cup in a warm bath. As a general rule, the higher the mineral concentration in the water the better the result. Because of the high mineral content it is advisable to rinse your body after a bath. The water should never be too hot, but comfortably warm. Try to soak for at least 20 minutes or so, relaxing not only during but also for about a half an hour after the bath.
