Helichrysm is anti-inflammatory and very effective for joint pain because it is an analgesic with pain reducing properties. Marjoram helps with muscle pain especially in the lower back area. Juniper will drive out toxins and control acidity, helping the free movement of joints. Wintergreen has been used for years for joint problems. It is anti inflammatory and some of its components are a precursor to Aspirin. Lavender is soothing and has many calming properties. Ginger is used for muscle spasm, cramp and sprains. It also helps to reduce fever.
