Camomile is one of the most gentle of the herbs. Used in a warm bath this pleasantly scented bath lotion can relieve insomnia stress and anxiety. The use of Camomile to improve the elasticity of dry sensitive skin is documented and it is thought to ease puffiness and strengthen skin tissue whilst soothing irritations.
